Ban on driving in the environmental zones? Not for us...

Since 2007, the environmental badge is obligatory for green zones in Germany also for foreigners.

Basis for this is the directive of the European Community in 1999 / the EC / 30 of the advice from the 22.04.1999 about particulate matter limit values.

On account of high particulate matter load the towns and local authority districts from this date can cover traffic bans on vehicles of certain pollutant groups. This means: If a vehicle does not correspond to an ecologically friendly pollutant norm, the entrance is kept this vehicle under circumstances to the city centre area, or other agreed parts of town or single streets.

Start of the environmental zone Cologne: 01.01.2008:
1. Step ban on driving for vehicles without badge

2. Step of the environmental zone Cologne: 01.01.2010:
additional ban on driving for vehicles with red badge

3. Step of the environmental zone Cologne: up to now not intended
additional ban on driving for vehicles with yellow badge

With us you remain clean!

All our vehicles fulfil the demanded norms !
